Yu Jihan

Yu Jihan (anche chiamato Tianfan, Qiutong, Zhaoyang), nasce nel 1949 a Shangai. Membro della Cultura e dell'Arte di celebri comitati internazionali, Consigliere del Singapore Shenzhou Art Institute, egli ha assorbito nell'arte calligrafica gli studi praticati per oltre 40 anni, ricevendo l'insegnamento di famosi Maestri, come Fuji Zhu, Haisu Liu, Yong Pu, etc.
I suoi dipinti di paesaggi che ritraggono montagne, acque e fiori hanno un vigore sorpredente. Il suo linguaggio ha saputo fondere l'arte calligrafica e la pittura in maniera unica, ricevendo ampi riconoscimenti a livello internazionale.
Presidente della giuria di "Macao Visual Arts Exhibition 2010", nominato dall'Ufficio per gli Affari Culturali di Macao (SAR), ha presentato l'evento in una recente intervista per la stampa giapponese.

Opere del Maestro Yu sono state donate all'imperatore del Giappone e sono presenti in numerose collezioni private e istituzionali, in Cina e all'estero.

Jihan Yu (also called Tianfan, Qiutong, Zhaoyang), was born in 1949 in Shanghai. Member of Culture and Art of famous international committees, Director of the Singapore Art Institute Shenzhou, he has instilled in his art of calligraphy the studies practiced for over 40 years under famous masters such as Fuji Zhu, Haisu Liu, Yong Pu, etc.
His paintings of landscapes depicting mountains, waters and flowers are of striking effect. His language has managed to blend the art of calligraphy and painting in a unique way, receiving wide international acclaim.President of the jury of the "Macao Visual Arts Exhibition 2010", appointed by the Office for Cultural Affairs in Macao (SAR), Yu presented the event in a recent interview for the Japanese press.
